All events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
The Institute currently offers two annual lectures: the Lecture on Japanese Politics by Professor Gerald L. Curtis and the N.T. Wang Distinguished Lecture. Other panel discussions and special lectures chaired by senior faculty members are held throughout the year, bringing top research scholars, government officials, and representatives from non-government organizations to Columbia University to speak on policy issues vital to East Asian and global interests.
