Theodore Hughes, the Korea Foundation Professor of Korean Studies in the Humanities and the Director of the Center for Korean Research at Columbia University, was featured in a Chosun Ilbo article about a special roundtable discussion about the state of Korean Studies that was held on June 26, 2017 at the AAS-in-Asia Conference in Seoul.
Featuring scholars from around the globe and sponsored by the Korea Foundation, the roundtable was titled “Korean Studies Past, Present, and Future: Moving Beyond Boundaries Towards Multi-Disciplinary, Transnational, and Alternative Approaches.”
