Andrew J. Nathan, the Class of 1919 Professor of Political Science at Columbia University, spoke about the Chinese State on January 15, 2016 at the International Conference on the Governance of China. The conference, sponsored by The New York Review of Books Foundation, the Faculty of the Social Sciences at the University of Hong Kong, and FRITT ORD, took place in Hong Kong from January 15 to January 16.
