WEAI Adjunct Prof. Stephen Noerper Talks to The Takeaway About U.N. Sanctions Against North Korea

Stephen E. Noerper, Adjunct Associate Professor of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, talked to WNYC’s The Takeaway on August 7, 2017 about the recent U.N. sanctions against North Korea. Professor Noerper, who is also a senior director with The Korea Society and a former senior analyst at the U.S. Department of State, discussed the potential impact of the U.N.’s sanctions.
