Weiping Wu, Professor of Urban Planning at Columbia Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preparation, will speak at a public conference of the National Council for the Social Studies on November 22 in Austin, Texas.The National Consortium for Teaching about Asia is a sponsor of Wu’s presentation, which will begin at 2:05 PM. Professor Wu’s presentation will focus on her research and teaching on understanding urban dynamics in China as well as in developing countries.
